Grief & Bereavement Counselling

Bereavement is the state of having lost someone or something important, while grief is the natural emotional response to that loss. It's a complex process, and everyone experiences it differently. Bereavement can stem from various losses — including death, relationship breakups, or loss of health — while grief is the psychological & emotional journey of adjusting to that loss.

Grief

Grief is a natural and individual process that comes in many different forms, and is not merely limited to sadness.
