Bereavement can stem from various losses — including death, relationship breakups, or loss of health — while grief is the psychological & emotional journey of adjusting to that loss.
Grief is a natural and individual process that comes in many different forms, and is not merely limited to sadness.
Bereavement is the feeling of having lost someone or something significant; it is a period in which a person experiences loss and new adjustments in their life suddenly. Bereavement can last weeks, months — or even years — as we all cope differently.

Fees are negotiable for 3rd-level students.
To avoid payment of fees for cancelled sessions, 48 hours' notice needs to be provided.
